Your love story is your own, and your ring can be too. With our bespoke service you work directly with our designers to create an engagement ring, wedding band or piece of jewellery that does not exist anywhere else, set with laboratory-grown diamonds and made by hand in our Surat workshop.
How bespoke works, in three steps
1. Share your idea
Send us a sketch, a photo of a ring you love, or simply describe what you have in mind. Our specialists help you choose the diamond shape and size, the metal and the details, and talk you through what is possible for your budget. You can do this by email, on WhatsApp or in a video consultation.
2. Approve your CAD design and quote
Our designers create a CAD (computer-aided design) model of your piece, so you can see exactly how it will look from every angle. You can ask for changes until it is right. You also receive a personalised quote based on the design, diamond and metal.
3. Handcrafted and delivered
Once you approve the design and pay, our craftsmen make your piece with laboratory-grown diamonds and your choice of 9K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, white or rose, or 925 sterling silver. It is ready in about 3–4 working weeks, then sent to you insured and tracked.
What you can personalise
- The diamond: shape, carat weight, colour and clarity, with an IGI report available.
- The setting: solitaire, halo, trilogy, toi et moi, side-stone or something entirely new.
- The band: width, profile, pavé diamonds or a shaped band that fits around another ring.
- The metal: gold in three colours and three purities, or sterling silver.
- The finishing touches: hidden details and engraving.

Good to know
- Payment: the quoted price is paid in full when you approve the CAD design; production starts once the payment is received. Prefer to pay in two parts? Ask us: we can agree a deposit with the balance before dispatch.
- Bespoke pieces are made only for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. See our returns policy. You can cancel before production starts; the design work done until then is charged at cost.
- Once production has started, design changes may not be possible or may cost extra.
- Bespoke rings can be resized free once within 30 days, by up to two sizes, if the design allows.

About 3–4 working weeks from design approval, plus delivery. If you have a date in mind, tell us at the start.
How much does a bespoke engagement ring cost?
It depends on the diamond, the metal and the complexity of the design. You receive a personalised quote with your CAD design, before you commit.
Can you copy a ring from a photo?
We can design a ring inspired by a photo and tailored to you, with your choice of diamond and metal.
Can I see the ring before it is made?
Yes. You approve a CAD design showing the ring from every angle before production starts.
