- Choose a date and one of the free times. Appointments run Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm India time (IST).
- Add your details and, if you like, a note about what you would like to see. For a showroom visit, say so in your note.
- We email your booking details and the video call link straight away.

How long is an appointment?
Each appointment is booked as a one-hour slot, so there is time for all your questions.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. An appointment is a chance to see pieces and get advice before you decide.
Are you open on Sundays?
No. Appointments are Monday to Saturday; we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Which time zone are the appointment times in?
India time (IST). When you choose a date, the booking form also shows each time in your local time.
