Find your ring size on screen
Two quick steps on a phone or a computer. You need a bank card and a ring that fits.
Hold any bank or ID card upright against the screen, inside the dashed shape. Change the size until the dashed shape is exactly as wide as your card.
Lay a ring that fits you flat on the screen over the circle. Change the size until the circle exactly fills the inside of the ring.
Screens differ, so use this as a guide. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. We resize free of charge once within 30 days — how resizing works · full size chart.
Our digital ring sizer measures a ring you already own using your phone or computer screen. Because screens are different sizes, you first calibrate it with a standard bank card; then you match a ring to the circle on screen and read your size in US, UK, Indian and European sizes. It works in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
How to use the digital ring sizer
Step 1: calibrate your screen
- Hold any bank or ID card upright against the screen, inside the dashed shape.
- Use the − and + buttons until the dashed shape is exactly as wide as your card.
- Press “It matches — measure my ring”.
Step 2: measure your ring
- Lay a ring that fits you flat on the screen, over the circle.
- Use the − and + buttons until the circle exactly fills the inside of the ring, touching the inner edge all round.
- Read your size in US and Canada, UK and Australia, Indian and European sizes.
Measured your finger with paper instead?
Wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length in millimetres and enter it in the sizer to convert it. Step-by-step instructions are in our ring size guide.
Tips for an accurate result
- Turn off any screen zoom and hold your phone flat.
- Use a ring that fits the same finger the new ring is for.
- Measure the inside edge of the ring, not the outside.
- Screens vary, so treat the result as a guide. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
If the size is not quite right
We resize most rings once free of charge within 30 days of delivery, by up to two sizes up or down. Resizing usually takes 10–14 working days once we receive the ring. See free ring resizing for the details and exceptions.
Frequently asked questions
Is a digital ring sizer accurate?
It gives a reliable guide when the screen is calibrated with a card and the ring lies flat. For complete certainty, measure twice or ask us on a video call.
Why do you only resize up to two sizes?
Changing a ring by more than two sizes can weaken the band and disturb the stone settings, so larger changes usually mean remaking the ring.
Can my ring be resized in the future?
Most rings can, except full eternity rings. The first resize within 30 days is free; later resizes are charged.
What if my ring cannot be resized?
Some designs, such as full eternity bands and some delicate custom styles, may need to be remade. We will explain the options and any cost first.
