Most Zarna Jewels pieces are made to order in our workshop in Surat, India, then sent to you with full insurance and a tracking link. This page explains your delivery options, how long your piece takes to make and arrive, customs duties for orders outside India, and what to do if you would like it delivered somewhere other than your billing address.

- Insurance: every parcel is insured for loss, theft and damage until it is signed for.
- Tracking: we email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Charges: one delivery charge per order, shown in the order summary at checkout.
Delivery options and charges
At checkout you choose how your order travels. The options depend on the delivery country, and the charge for your choice is added to the order summary before you pay:
- Within India – Sequal Logistic: secure, insured delivery, recommended for high-value jewellery.
- Within India – Courier: standard courier delivery with tracking.
- Outside India – International delivery: insured, tracked shipping with couriers such as FedEx, DHL or UPS.
If you add an IGI certificate for your diamond, its fee is shown separately in the same summary.
How long will my order take?
Because almost every piece is made for you, the time to dispatch depends on what you order (see the table above). Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier and the destination; international parcels can also be held for customs checks, which are outside our control.
Can I get my order sooner?
Choose a piece from our ready-to-ship range, which is dispatched within 3–5 working days, or email care@zarnajewels.com before you order to ask about faster production. We will tell you what is possible before you pay.
Signature and safe delivery
A signature is needed when your parcel arrives. If nobody is available, the courier takes it to the nearest collection point, where you can collect it with photo ID. For your security the parcel does not say what is inside. Our insurance ends once the parcel is signed for; read more about jewellery insurance after delivery.
Customs duties and import taxes
We deliver to the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Israel and many other countries. Our prices include Indian GST. Orders delivered outside India may be charged import duties and local taxes by the customs authority of the destination country. These are set by your country, are not part of our price or delivery charge, and are usually collected by the courier before or on delivery. Delivering to a different address
To protect you against card fraud, we may ask for extra checks when the delivery address is different from the billing address:
- a copy of the cardholder’s photo ID (passport or driving licence);
- a recent utility bill or bank statement (from the last three months);
- a signed letter authorising delivery to the other address. We send you a template.
We contact you by email after you place the order, and dispatch once the checks are complete.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or sign in and open Track an order. For an update on a piece that is still being made, email us two weeks after ordering (three weeks for bespoke designs) and we will tell you where it is.
Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver to my country?
Yes, we deliver within India and to most countries worldwide, including the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Germany. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the delivery country and the option you choose. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and it is charged once per order.
Is my jewellery insured in transit?
Yes. Every parcel is fully insured against loss, theft and damage until it is signed for at the delivery address.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
Possibly, if you live outside India. Import duties and taxes are set by your country, are not included in our prices and are paid to the courier or customs on delivery.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, by appointment at our showroom in Surat; photo ID is needed. Book an appointment or email care@zarnajewels.com.
