All parcels are fully insured until signed for at the delivery address. A signature will be required upon receipt. If no one is available, your order will be taken to the nearest collection point for secure pick-up with valid identification.
As each piece of jewelry is crafted with precision, most of our items are made-to-order.
Standard Jewelry Orders: 2–3 working weeks
Bespoke/Custom Jewelry: 3–4 working weeks
Ready-to-Ship Items: 3–5 working days
Once your jewelry is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your order in real time.

For security reasons, if you would like delivery to an address different from your billing address, we may request additional verification:
Copy of the cardholder’s photo ID (passport or driver’s license recommended)
Copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months)
A signed authorization letter permitting us to deliver to the alternate address
Our customer care team will provide a template authorization letter for your convenience.
We ship to USA, UK, Germany, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Israel, and many more countries.
All our prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, payable by the customer upon delivery.
For EU and UK customers, VAT is included in the price.
Customers outside VAT-eligible regions (e.g., USA, Australia, Israel, Canada) will not be charged VAT at checkout but may be responsible for local import duties.
As an online business, Zarna Jewels does not participate in the VAT Retail Export Scheme.
