We sell both in India and internationally.
Payments are accepted in all currencies supported by our payment gateways (Razorpay & PayPal).
Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspicious activity, incorrect pricing, or other valid reasons.
We ship across India and internationally via DHL/FedEx.
Estimated timelines:
10 days for jewellery manufacturing (made-to-order).
7–10 days for delivery.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country at the time of delivery.
All products are insured until delivery. Once delivered and signed for, insurance validity ends.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days, but customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are not eligible for cash refunds; instead, a store credit will be issued, usable anytime.
Any government charges, customs duties, or shipping charges already paid are non-refundable and will be deducted.
Non-returnable items:
Custom-made, engraved, or bespoke jewellery.
Discounted or promotional items.
In discounted product returns, only the actual amount paid will be credited, and additional handling charges may apply.
For faulty products, we provide alteration or correction services but not replacement.
30-day free resizing is available from the date of delivery.
Additional metal (gold/silver) or diamonds required for resizing are chargeable.
Shipping costs (if any) applied by logistic companies are borne by the customer.
We provide a lifetime manufacturing guarantee covering repairs, not replacements.
Repairs are free of cost, but additional gold, silver, diamonds, or logistics charges are payable by the customer.
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
Jewellery is insured by Zarna Jewels only until the point of delivery to the customer.
Once delivered, insurance coverage is no longer valid.
All website content, including images, text, product descriptions, logos, and designs, are the property of Sheladiya Diamond / Zarna Jewels.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
Zarna Jewels sells jewellery worldwide.
All transactions, disputes, or legal matters will be governed by Indian Law under the jurisdiction of Surat, India courts, regardless of the customer’s location.
Zarna Jewels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, caused by product delays, customs clearance, or third-party courier handling.
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.
