Items must be unworn, unused, and in pristine condition, with the original tag attached.
All returns will be assessed by our quality team before approval. Assessment typically takes 10–14 working days.
Engraved, bespoke, customized, resized, or special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Loose diamonds can only be returned if they are in their original sealed packaging with the certificate.
Securely pack your item in the original box or similar packaging.
Include a note inside with your order number and the reason for return.
