From time to time we send our customers gift vouchers, as part of a promotion, a loyalty reward or a special offer. Each voucher has a unique code that you enter at checkout to take its value off your next purchase. We do not sell gift cards at present; if you would like to give jewellery as a present, see the gift ideas below. This page explains how to redeem a voucher and the terms that apply.
How to redeem a gift voucher
- Add the jewellery you would like to your shopping bag and go to checkout.
- Enter your voucher code in the Promo code box in the order summary and press Apply.
- The discount appears in your order total before you pay.
Gift voucher terms
- Who receives them: vouchers are sent by Zarna Jewels as promotions, loyalty rewards or special offers.
- Next purchase: a voucher can be used on your next purchase from Zarna Jewels.
- Personal: vouchers are issued in the recipient’s name and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
- Single use: each voucher can be used once, within the validity period stated on it.
- No cash value: vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other vouchers unless the offer says so.
- Exclusions: vouchers may not apply to bespoke or custom orders unless the offer says so.

Frequently asked questions
My voucher code is not working. What should I do?
Check that it is typed exactly as shown, that it is within its validity period and that your order meets any conditions in the offer. If it still does not work, email care@zarnajewels.com with the code.
Can I use two vouchers on one order?
Not unless the offer says so. Vouchers cannot normally be combined.
Can I use a voucher on a bespoke design?
Only if the voucher’s offer says it applies to bespoke or custom orders.
