If you ever experience a manufacturing issue with your piece, we will repair it free of charge for life.
This guarantee reflects our commitment to delivering jewellery that lasts for generations.
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover issues arising from accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear (such as scratches, bent prongs, or broken chains).

Securely package your jewellery and send it to our Surat address using a trusted, tracked, and insured courier.
Once received, our expert team will inspect the item. If the repair qualifies under the Lifetime Guarantee, we will proceed free of charge.
If additional work is required beyond the guarantee, we will share a detailed cost estimate with you before proceeding.
