Every Zarna Jewels payment is processed by Razorpay, one of India’s largest payment gateways. You pay in full when you place your order, and we start making your piece once the payment is confirmed. This page lists the ways you can pay, how instalments and currencies work, and how your card details are protected.
Ways to pay
- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- Debit cards: issued by major Indian and international banks.
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm and other UPI apps.
- Net banking with major Indian banks.
- Wallets such as Paytm, Freecharge and MobiKwik.
The Razorpay window at checkout shows the methods available for your country and card. Cash on delivery is not available.
Paying in instalments (EMI)
Fine jewellery is a considered purchase, so you may prefer to spread the cost:
- Card EMI: if your bank offers equated monthly instalments on your credit or debit card, the EMI plans appear in the Razorpay window at checkout, with the bank’s interest and terms.
- Pay later: some wallets and UPI apps offer pay-later options, which appear at checkout when they are available to you.
Instalment plans are provided by your bank or the payment provider, not by Zarna Jewels, and their interest and fees are set by them. Planning a budget? Try our engagement ring calculator.
Currency and international payments
Prices are shown in your local currency based on where you are shopping from, and our prices include Indian GST. Checkout shows the total you will pay before you confirm. If your card is in a different currency, your bank converts the amount and may add a currency conversion fee. Razorpay accepts international credit and debit cards. Import duties for deliveries outside India are explained on our delivery page.
Is my payment secure?
- Payments are processed on Razorpay’s secure, encrypted platform, which is certified to the PCI DSS card security standard.
- Zarna Jewels never sees or stores your full card details.
- Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with a one-time password or in its app.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay for an engagement ring in instalments?
Yes, if your bank offers EMI on your card or your pay-later app covers the amount. The plans available to you are shown at checkout.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. Because almost every piece is made to order, payment is taken in full when you order.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Checkout shows the total and currency before you pay. If your card uses another currency, your bank converts it and may charge a small fee.
My payment failed but money left my account. What now?
Payments that do not complete are usually reversed automatically by your bank. If it has not reappeared after a few working days, email care@zarnajewels.com with the date, time and amount, and we will check it with Razorpay.
