What is a laboratory-grown diamond?
A laboratory-grown diamond is carbon crystallised in the same structure as a natural diamond, so it has the same hardness, brilliance and fire. It is grown in a laboratory with the CVD process instead of forming in the earth, and its grading report states that origin. Read our laboratory-grown diamond guide.
Do your diamonds come with a certificate?
You can add an IGI report for your diamond at checkout; the fee is shown before you pay. Each IGI report has a unique number you can look up on IGI’s website. Our gold and silver is hallmarked for purity.
Do you deliver to my country, and are there duties?
We deliver within India and worldwide, including Germany, Australia, USA, UK, New Zealand and Canada. Every order is insured and tracked, and the delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout. Import duties and local taxes are set by your country’s customs and vary by destination; ask us before you order. See delivery information.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in your local currency, and checkout shows the total you will pay before you confirm. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay; if your card uses a different currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a small fee. See payment options.
What if my ring doesn’t fit?
We offer free ring resizing within 30 days on most designs and 30-day returns on unworn standard pieces. Find your size first with our ring size guide or digital ring sizer.
