We cut, polish and set our laboratory-grown diamonds and make our jewellery ourselves in Surat, so we know how each piece is made and we stand behind it. Every piece is inspected before it leaves our workshop, and every piece is covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee.
What the guarantee covers
- Faults that come from how the piece was made, such as a weak join, a faulty clasp or a stone that was not set correctly.
- All Zarna Jewels jewellery, for the lifetime of the piece.
- Repair free of charge once our team has confirmed the fault is a manufacturing defect.
What it does not cover
- Accidental damage, such as a knock that bends a prong or a crushed band.
- Misuse of the jewellery.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, bent prongs or broken chains.
- Loss or theft. For that, see jewellery insurance.
If your piece needs work that the guarantee does not cover, we send you a detailed quote before we start, and nothing is done without your approval.
