Sheladiya Diamond has been in the diamond industry for over 30 years, working with natural diamonds and, for the past 7 years, exclusively manufacturing CVD lab-grown diamonds. We specialize in all shapes and sizes, including certified diamonds up to 10 carats. Our online platform allows customers to purchase directly from us and place custom orders based on their requirements.

3. Order Processing & Customization

• We accept custom orders and manufacture products as per the client’s requirements.
• All made-to-order items are processed within a specific timeframe, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• Final product details (such as weight and dimensions) may slightly vary due to the nature of manufacturing and will be reflected in the final price.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in accordance with the government laws under Surat jurisdiction.
• Any additional charges, including taxes, import duties, and logistics fees, will be borne by the client.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
• A refund will be issued in the form of store credit only.
• The returned product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and certificates intact.
• If the product is damaged or altered, the company reserves the right to reject the return.
• Logistics fees for returns will be borne by the client.

• The customer is responsible for choosing the logistics provider and covering all associated costs, including taxes and import duties.
